Creating a Will is an expression of love for those you leave behind — family, friends, and charities whose work you support.
When you include Mercy Airlift in a bequest in your Will, you are transferring the values you hold dear. No other planned gift is as simple to implement and as easy to change. You maintain the use, benefit, enjoyment, and control of your assets for as long as you need them — for as long as you live.
Here is the suggested language for including Mercy Airlift in your Will:
I give, devise, and bequeath to Mercy Airlift, fully incorporated under the laws of the State of California (Federal tax identification number 95-4095653), the sum of $________ or ________% of my residuary estate. I direct this gift be used to support Mercy Airlift's general programs where the need is greatest.
There are several ways to include Mercy Airlift in your Will:
